Getting a forecast
The forecast runs in your browser. The dates you type are not sent to us unless you subscribe to email updates.
If you subscribe
We store your email, the dates you entered, your premium processing choice, and your update preferences. If you give a receipt number, it is encrypted before storage and only used for updates about your own case. We never publish it.
If you tick "use my dates to improve the public estimates", your dates may be included in aggregate statistics. Your email and receipt number are never included.
We send email through Resend. You'll get a confirmation email first, then forecast updates and OPT news based on your choices. Every email has links to unsubscribe and to permanently delete your data.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data, run ads, or use your information for anything other than the updates you asked for.
Community data
Public estimates come from timelines people posted in public Reddit threads. We keep only dates and processing details, never usernames or comment text.
